Terms of use

Using Recomp
Recomp is a fitness app that suggests workouts, targets, and daily habits. You must be 18 or older to use it. By using it you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Recomp provides general fitness guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it's not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, or dietitian. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath.
Your responsibility
Exercise has risks. Use good form, warm up, choose weights you can control, and use spotters or safety equipment. You train at your own risk; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries or losses from using the app.
The AI coach
The coach's answers are generated and can be wrong. Check anything important, and don't rely on it for medical decisions.
Recomp Pro
Recomp is free to use. Recomp Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds:
- Smarter coach answers from Claude, run by Anthropic (you turn this on yourself).
- Photo reads: checking a plate, picking from a menu, and reading a blood report.
- The AI-written weekly review and 12-week block reviews.
- Life modes: fasting, travel and festival weeks, cycle tracking, blood report history, and progress photos.
Everything else in Recomp stays free. If your subscription ends, Pro features stop working and the free app keeps working.
Prices and free trial
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. In India it costs ₹199 a month or ₹1,499 a year. In other countries, Apple sets the price in your currency, and the app shows it before you buy. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends if you started with one.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds. We can't issue refunds ourselves. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account and data
You're responsible for your account. You can export or delete your data at any time; see the privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop features, and update these terms. We'll note the date above and tell you in the app if a change matters. The app is provided "as is" without warranties.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
